If you wish to purchase any services or goods made available through the EnterOn platform, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your company details. All this information is given directly to the seller.

Subscription

EnterOn services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis – once every 30 days, with a bank card that is saved on your account.

Content

Our website allows you to post, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics or other material (“Content”), that represents your business and services or good that you offer. You are responsible to have rights for all the content that you publish on your company’s profile, including, but not limited to texts, pictures and other content.

How it works?

General rules

The following rules and regulations apply to all visitors or users of this website. By accessing this website, the user acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions. GFB Capital Group AS (Org. nr. 916132212, later – EnterOn) reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion. In the case of any violation of these rules and regulations, EnterOn reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations. These rules and regulations apply to all visits to the EnterOn Web Site, both now and in the future.

Registration

In order to see the relevant information on the website or post such information by yourself, you must register. You register once, and your registration stays there. You can edit all provided information any time later on.

While registering, you will have two options to choose from:

1)    Service provider – if you own a business or you are business representative and you want to sell goods or services on our platform as well as to find business partners. This option is most relevant for businesses in Baltic states.

2)    Service buyer – if you own a business or you are a representative and are looking for business partners or from different kind of goods and services from abroad. This option is most relevant for businesses in the Scandinavian market.

Information and content

The company (services seller or buyer) takes the responsibility to provide only relevant, up to date and genuine information. We also recommend that you update or go through your information at least every six months. Also, you must have a copyright for all content (such as logo, pictures) posted on your own profile in EnterOn database.

Payment

Safety – to make a payment, you simply provide your bank card details. It is all safe and secured, you are the only one who sees full card details. We use Stripe to complete safe payments with you. Anyone involved with the processing, transmission, or storage of card data must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. We ensure you that it is safe to make payments in EnterOn platform and take all responsibility for that.

The payment itself – payments are subscription basis and is deducted from your account every 30 days. You can cancel any time and will not be charged anything so there is no any kind of long-term commitments.

Confirmation

If we have contacted you and offered to join the EnterOn database, it means that your company already meets the requirements for being in the database. We seek companies that are trustable, responsible and offers only good quality items. We are checking the credit ratings, debts, customers review every single company that is published on the platform.

After you have confirmed your email address, you are all set and ready to use and experience the benefits of EnterOn database.

Usage

Using EnterOn is easy – just make a good description and find a good quality picture that represents the best what you are selling. We recommend concentrating on quality, not quantity. Most important – to describe what are you selling and what are you able to produce with individual orders. Place some pictures as an example of your most popular goods which can show the quality level that you work at.

Sharing your username and password with others is completely up to you. If you want to share your details with a colleague – you are free to do that, but it is your own responsibility to ensure that the account is in safe hands and there will be no intentions to harm it.

Upgrade

If you want to be better seen on the platform and go up in the display window, you can purchase stars. The more stars you purchase, the higher you will be on the display list. Stars are valid for 30 days and after those days has expired, you can re-purchase stars again.

Fenixera

Our partner company in Norway – Fenixera. In EnterOn database this company will act as a mediator and will help with individual cases, such as preparation of agreements, organizing meetings for companies that intend to sign contracts, translations, help with lawyer services if needed.

Cancellation

In EnterOn there are no commitments. You can cancel your subscription any time and you will not be charged anything. If at the joining date we offer a free trial, you can use that free trial and cancel before it ends and will not be charged anything. Also, if you will change your mind, you will be more than welcome to come back to our database and start selling again.
